A little history about the Renault Fregate

The Renault Frégate, launched in 1951, was a large, elegant saloon equipped with 6-cylinder engines. Designed to offer comfort and space, it was offered in sedan and estate versions. The Frégate was replaced by the Renault 16 in 1960, marking the end of its production and the beginning of a new era for Renault in the large sedan segment.
