How to create a customer account on Arnaud Ventoux Pièces?

How to order on the site?

To order on the site, nothing it's simpler!

Just put your items in your basket by clicking on "add to basket" (button at the bottom of each item) and finalize your order by going to the basket summary available by clicking on the basket icon at the top right.

All you have to do is check your items, desired quantity, delivery/billing address to move on to the last step: choosing the payment method by clicking on Order.

Once your order has been validated, a summary will be sent to you by email. As a reminder, once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is the only one that validates your order and will indicate that it has been taken into account. It is possible to pay for your order online or on site when you come to pick it up at the store. 

I would like to order online and pick up my package in store, is that possible?

Yes of course, ordering online with in-store pick-up is possible. You just need to place your order normally on the site. Once on the shipping method selection page, you must choose Pick up in store.

All you have to do is choose your payment method and confirm your order.

Is it possible to choose a different billing and delivery address?

Yes, you just need to specify that the billing address is different from the delivery address in step 2 of your order validation.

Attention: An order validated with an incorrect billing address can no longer be modified, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible via our contact form by selecting the order in question to find a solution together before shipping your order.
