Delivery of your order

We deliver to mainland France, the French overseas departments and territories, as well as abroad and internationally.

Packages are generally shipped the same day if the order has been placed and paid for by credit card before 1 p.m. (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). For any order placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the delivery time is from the next working day.

Delivery times and terms depend on the mode of transport chosen and the country of destination.

The delivery time in mainland France is generally 2 working days, whether by Colissimo or DPD and generally 5 working days at the international.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package and the country of destination. We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The dimensions of the packaging are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Free Pick-up at the AVP Store

You can choose to collect your order free of charge directly from the AVP store (click and collect), at the following address:

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

As a reminder, once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is the only one that validates your order and will indicate that it has been taken into account. You can pay for your order online or on site when you come to pick it up at the store.

Collection at the show or exchange

Depending on our travel schedule, you can place an order online and have it delivered free of charge to the show or exchange of your choice.

Colissimo Point Retrait - Standard - 48h (delivery time in France)

With Colissimo Point Retrait you have several options for collecting your parcel:

  • In one of the 10,000 post offices available throughout mainland France.
  • In one of the 7,500 local merchants in the Pickup network, near your home, workplace or vacation spot, where you want to have your parcel delivered.
  • In a Pickup Station locker. You can choose one of the 500 automatic collection lockers to have your parcel delivered. Located along your route (train station, metro, car park, shopping centres, etc.), they are accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (except for lockers subject to the opening hours of shopping centres and transport zones).

When your parcels are entrusted to Colissimo, the status of your order appears under the status "In the process of being shipped", and you will receive an email from us that it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and email. It is therefore important to provide a valid telephone number when placing your order.

Colissimo Domicile - Contre signature - 48h (delivery time in France)

With Colissimo Domicile contre signature, the package is delivered to your home by post within an indicative period of 48 hours once it has entered the Post Office network.

When your packages are entrusted to Colissimo, the status of your order appears under the status "In the process of being shipped", and you receive an email from us, the latter will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and email. It is therefore important to provide a valid telephone number when placing your order.

DPD - Predict home delivery - By appointment - 48 hours ( delivery time in France)

This delivery method allows you to choose a time slot for delivery via text message. It is therefore important when choosing the carrier to enter a valid telephone number.
